KOTA BHARU, Oct 29 — A total of 100 investigation papers have been opened over illegal mining activities in Kelantan following 104 integrated enforcement operations carried out... Deputy Menteri Besar Datuk Dr Mohamed Fadzli Hassan said 51 cases are still under investigation while the remaining 49 cases have been resolved. He said all the cases were investigated under Section 158 of the Kelantan State Minerals Enactment 2001.
