Eight years after vendors were evicted from Khau Gali near Law Garden, the dispute has returned to Gujarat High Court, which on Wednesday orally asked Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) not to proceed with a tender for allotment of 24 stalls at the site, rechristened as Happy Street.
