MANILA, Philippines – Overcast skies and rain are expected to persist over several parts of Luzon on Thursday due to the effects of the northeast monsoon (amihan) and the shear line, the state weather bureau said. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the shear line will bring cloudy skies and rain.
