The Tourism department has lodged an FIR after its lower terminal site for the Shillong Ropeway project at Lawsohtun was locked by an inspector of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC), Commissioner & Secretary in-charge Tourism RM Kurbah said on Wednesday. Terming the seizure as illegal and unwelcome, Kurbah said the site is government.
