Subhash Yadav, an income tax inspector, was arrested by CBI for allegedly accepting a bribe. The bribe was demanded to influence the closure of a property case before the Income Tax Department. Following an investigation, CBI managed to catch Yadav red-handed accepting the money from a complainant. During a search of his premises, Rs 11 lakh in cash and incriminating documents were recovered.
