Tata Realty has reportedly acquired an 11-acre land parcel in Pune for INR 450 crore from a special purpose vehicle (SPV), according to media reports. The transaction adds to the developer’s presence in the Pune real estate market, where it has residential projects and infrastructure interests. The acquisition comes as Tata Realty continues to pursue expansion across key Indian property markets, including Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru and the National Capital Region.
