A deleted post, an apology and a legal notice have put the Kerala Congress under scrutiny over its social media post targeting the Chief Justice of India. In its response to the legal notice, the party reportedly said the post was published without authorisation and that the person responsible had been removed. The BJP has questioned the sincerity of the apology.
