Even as the impact of Cyclone Arnab continues, another weather system is likely to emerge over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining areas tomorrow (i.e October 29). The India Meteorological Department (IMD) indicated on Wednesday that a fresh Low Pressure Area is likely to form there within the next 24 hours.
