Carlsberg India has filed an updated IPO prospectus for 8.64 crore shares through an offer for sale, moving closer to a stock market listing. The company approached capital markets by confidentially filing DRHP with SEBI in July 2026. The capital markets regulator cleared draft papers earlier this month.
