Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf has been fined 20% of his match fee and received a demerit point for an on-field altercation with England's Will Jacks during their recent ODI Tri-Series match in Lahore. The ICC confirmed that Rauf breached Article 2.2 of its Code of Conduct, which penalises actions contrary to the spirit of the game.
