"These are not routine requests for information. Non-compliance is an offence," said Singapore's Minister for Sustainability and the Environment Grace Fu on Wednesday (Oct 28), referring to notices served to companies potentially linked to the haze under the Transboundary Haze Pollution Act. Ms Fu said herself, Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong and Senior Minister K Shanmugam met with the senior leadership of these companies and demanded full cooperation and transparency.
