An inspection of 52 road stretches found visible dust, construction waste and potholes, with officials due before the commission November 3. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has summoned the chiefs of the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) and Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) over inadequate implementation of dust-control measures.
