A woman was arrested Tuesday morning after a 4-year-old boy was found dead more than an hour away in an Atlanta townhome, authorities said. A 4-year-old boy was found dead during a welfare check at an Atlanta home, and Jasmaine Smoak was arrested in Wilkes County. She faces charges of second-degree cruelty to children and concealing.
