Gadi Eisenkot, leader of Israel’s Yashar party, has declared that Israel has chosen change, pledging to form a new government after election exit polls put the opposition bloc ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s bloc. Speaking to supporters at his party headquarters, Eisenkot said Israelis were tired of the current government and called on Netanyahu to accept the preliminary results.
