A controversial new contender has emerged in the race to become the next United Nations Secretary-General. Lana Nusseibeh is a senior diplomat from the United Arab Emirates. And she's attracting support despite serious allegations that the UAE has been supplying weapons and other support to Sudan's Rapid Support Forces. The paramilitary group has been accused of ethnic cleansing, mass killings and widespread sexual violence.
