The Calcutta High Court has ordered YouTube, X and Instagram to remove a 36-minute documentary by Hotmail co-founder Sabeer Bhatia concerning PM Narendra Modi and Gautam Adani. The interim order will remain in force until January 31, 2027, or until further orders. Hotmail co-founder Sabeer Bhatia is facing a ₹50 crore defamation suit filed by Adani Enterprises over a documentary examining the relationship between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and billionaire Gautam Adani.
