The BMC has issued 29 stop-work notices and 270 show-cause notices to construction sites for failing to comply with pollution mitigation guidelines till Oct 22. Meanwhile, BMC commissioner Ashwini Bhide has said that developers and construction professionals are responsible for controlling dust at construction sites and on adjoining roads.
