TACLOBAN CITY, LEYTE, Philippines — Police arrested in Caloocan City on Monday, Oct. 26, a man listed as Leyte’s most wanted person charged with murder, the Police Regional Office 8 (PRO-8) reported. The suspect, identified only as alias “Robin,” 29, of Quezon City, was arrested by personnel of the Dagami Municipal Police Station (MPS) under a warrant.
