Train services on several routes in Odisha have been affected due to impending Cyclone Arnab, with 21 train services cancelled and two train services short-terminated or short-originated at Rayagada, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) sources said on Tuesday. Civic and transport authorities are coordinating field operations to improve commuter safety, reduce transit bottlenecks, and streamline daily travel across key urban corridors.
