The high court on Tuesday orally observed that “no matter what tricks are used, the truth will eventually come out and no one can hide it forever” while hearing a petition filed by the Kerala PSC challenging a govt order directing the registration of a case in connection with the alleged exam fraud involving PSC members and officials.
