#WATCH | "The Sendai Framework has made significant contribution to disaster risk reduction over the past decade. It has provided direction to national policies, encouraged institutional development, strengthened early warning, and given impetus to the progress countries have made in reducing disaster mortality. It has also established a common basis for international cooperation. We should acknowledge these achievements.
