Singapore and Indonesia have discussed setting up a joint task force to tackle transboundary haze, said Indonesian Foreign Minister Arrmanatha Nasir on Tuesday (Oct 27). In a press conference alongside his Singaporean counterpart Vivian Balakrishnan, Mr Arrmanatha reaffirmed Indonesia’s commitment to working with Singapore and others to bring those responsible to justice. The proposed cooperation would involve sharing information, gathering cross-border evidence and potentially recovering assets.
