The Chamber of Trade and Industry (CTI) has once again urged Rahul Gandhi to postpone the INDIA bloc's proposed November 1 rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan until after Diwali. In a letter to the Leader of Opposition, CTI chairman Brijesh Goyal cited concerns over traffic and disruption to business, pointing to an expected turnout of 10 lakh people and around 20,000 vehicles.
