New Delhi, Oct 27: The Supreme Court Collegium headed by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant has recommended to the Centre the appointment of four judges as chief justices of various high courts.. It also recommended names of Justices Manash Ranjan Pathak, Tapabrata Chakraborty and Sudhir Singh as chief justices of HCs in Gujarat, Telangana and Uttarakhand, respectively.
