Belagavi (Karnataka), Oct 27 (PTI) Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar on Tuesday said that certain understanding had been arrived at with sugar factory representatives on the sugar price. Representatives of farmers and sugar mills are expected to announce their final decision within two days, following further consultations among themselves. Karnataka Cooperation Minister Laxman Savadi on Tuesday said the issue of sugarcane prices in Karnataka could be resolved.
