The health department in Rajnagar of Kendrapada district in Odisha has made arrangements to provide medical care to pregnant women ahead of Cyclone Arnab. As part of the preparations, expectant mothers are being shifted to Rajnagar Community Health Centre to ensure access to healthcare during the cyclone. Of the 42 pregnant women identified for relocation, 13 have been shifted to the health centre so far.
