Cyclone Arnab is expected to make landfall along the Andhra Pradesh coast on October 28. Odisha and Andhra Pradesh shut schools, ban fishing and mobilise rescue teams as Jharkhand and Bengal brace. Gajapati district has identified 15,000 vulnerable people for evacuation and prepared 281 shelters ahead of Cyclone Arnab, with 210 pregnant women relocated.
