The agencies disagree over pier positioning and space for a future six-lane underpass. The proposed double-decker flyover and metro structure at Bakhtawar Chowk in Gurugram has been delayed as the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) and Gurugram Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) disagree over the design and positioning of structural piers. GMDA wants sufficient space reserved for a future six-lane underpass, while GMRL maintains that its revised design accommodates the requirement.
