AI-native cybersecurity startup Protectt.ai plans to acquire a controlling stake in AIShield, an AI security platform incubated within Bosch Global. Protectt.ai, supported by Bessemer Venture Partners, has acquired a majority stake in AIShield, a Bosch-incubated platform, to enhance security solutions for enterprise AI systems. Protectt.ai, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, has invested through a mix of primary and secondary share purchases.
