News18. The judge has been named as an accused because he is the registered owner of the Mercedes-Benz allegedly driven by his minor son. The judge, who is posted at the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in Irinjalakuda, has been booked under Section 199A of the Motor Vehicles Act.
