Microsoft has offered a voluntary exit programme to around 60,000 eligible employees across India, the US, UK and Canada, with severance and career support. Microsoft has announced a voluntary exit program for sixty thousand employees across four countries including India, offering a complete financial package. It is learnt that eligible employees in India will have until December 1 to decide on the voluntary exit offer.
