The Vancouver Police Department (VPD) says it is turning to the public for help identifying a man who was found in medical distress last month and subsequently died. Police say he was found on a sidewalk near Keefer and Columbia streets Sept. He was taken to hospital and passed away Sept. Foul play is not suspected, and the VPD says it is not conducting a criminal investigation.
