An unclean and unsafe cyclone shelter at seaside Pentha village under Rajnagar block in Kendrapada district was cleaned and made ready with all amenities on a war footing on Monday, following the directions of revenue and disaster management minister Suresh Kumar Pujari. The state govt had built the shelter in 2000 after the 1999 super cyclone.
