Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom have expressed interest in collectively purchasing up to $5 billion worth of shares in Meta. Meta is seeking to raise as much as $95 billion through common and preferred stock to fund its massive AI infrastructure expansion and ambitions to bring personal superintelligence to billions of users.
