Artificial intelligence pioneer Anthropic, the creator of the Claude AI model family, formally filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States on Monday, October 26, 2026. The company plans to list its common stock on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol “ANT”. Founding Vision and Market Financials Anthropic was co-founded.
