A long-standing dispute over the ownership and management of Nilakantheswar Temple in Madanpur, on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, turned violent on Monday. The temple falls under the Infovalley police station limits in Jatni. According to reports, several people were injured in the clash between residents of two villages, prompting police to intervene and deploy personnel to maintain law and order.
