‘Jailer 2’ movie review: Nelson betters the ‘Jailer’ template with a well-calibrated sequel that knows when to let Rajini loose and fills the in-between stretches with riotous humour and deft narrative build-up. “For the first time in 40 years, Superstar Rajinikanth joins fans to witness Jailer 2 on the big screen,” wrote Sun Pictures. Directed by Nelson, the Tamil movie hit the screens on October 15, 2026.
