Senior advocate Venkatesh Dhond, arguing for actor Imran Khan, told the bench that he had a word with Solicitor Tushar Mehta and sought time. The Bombay High Court will hear Imran Khan's plea challenging the FRRO's 'Leave India' notice on October 27. The actor has challenged the notice directing him to leave India by October 28.
