Business Today. Railways will introduce two Vande Bharat sleeper train services on Mumbai-Bengaluru and Delhi-Varanasi shortly. The Mumbai-Bengaluru service is expected to be inaugurated on October 31. The train is likely to ease pressure on existing overnight trains during Diwali and Chhath, particularly for passengers travelling between Delhi, Prayagraj, Kanpur and Varanasi.
