Kieron Pollard has informed Joburg Super Kings of his unavailability for the upcoming SA20 season, shortly after being appointed Mumbai Indians head coach. The franchise had bought the former West Indies all-rounder for R1.5 million (around ₹85 lakh) at the auction. Pollard continues his long association with the Mumbai Indians group through playing and coaching roles across global T20 leagues.
