Chandkheda police have registered a land-grabbing case against four occupants accused of illegally retaining possession of a flat in Motera worth Rs 60 lakh, withholding rent amounting to Rs 5.9 lakh and threatening its elderly owners, who currently reside in Odisha. Four individuals are booked for illegally occupying a ₹60-lakh Ahmedabad flat, owing ₹5.85 lakh rent, and threatening elderly owners.
