A man from Bhadrak was arrested as the alleged main agent (key accused) in a cyber fraud case involving nearly Rs 92 lakh, with police uncovering a suspected mule bank account network allegedly operated from the district and linked to Chinese cyber fraudsters, official sources said on Sunday.
