Both sides want to sign the pact around Dec 17 or 18 in Brussels during PM's expected visit while returning from his proposed G20 meeting in USA, sources said. India and the European Union are working intensively to finalise a Free Trade Agreement by December, aiming for it to coincide with Prime Minister Modi's visit to Brussels.
