Water issues are a top priority on Egypt’s foreign policy agenda. Egypt views water as a driver of cooperation and shared prosperity, rather than a political tool for fueling conflicts and disputes, said President El-Sisi in his opening speech at the ninth edition of the Cairo Water Week (CWW).
